Duties - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Verify insurance information and process patient payments - Maintain patient records and update electronic health systems - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Qualifications - Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Familiarity with front desk operations, including scheduling and insurance verification - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other office staff Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
