As a Recruiter at Apexive, your main job will be to find skilled engineers who can join our team and help our company grow.
You'll use different ways to find candidates like social media and personal recommendations.
You will handle everything from starting to look for a new employee to when they accept our job offer.
Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionYour responsibilities will include:
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs Searching for highly qualified candidates Screening and interviewing candidates Leading recruitment processes in the company recruitment system Assisting with onboarding candidates Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Staying abreast of the latest industry trends to assess candidates against industry standards Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or a related area.
Experience in recruiting, either at a company or a staffing agency.
Excellent speaking and writing English Skills Self-driven and careful with details.
Ability to determine a hiring strategy using specific hiring tools and methods for each position Proactivity - when you see something is not working, you come up with a solution and implement it Always willing to learn and improve.
